Committee of the Whole Meeting

That this portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider the following: Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act - litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board re: Planning Matter

That the closed session does now adjourn and the Committee of the Whole meeting resume.

That Pedram Izadpanah and Giovani Bettesini be received as delegations.

That the Council of the Township of Wellesley declare items and fixtures within the Wellesley Arena and Wellesley Community Centre located at 1004 Catherine Street Wellesley and 1000 Maple Leaf Street Wellesley, that cannot be repurposed in other Township facilities as surplus; and further, That Council direct staff to post these items and fixtures for sale on approved competitive public bidding websites such as Govdeals.

That the Council of the Township of Wellesley authorize staff to prepare an invitation to bid/request for quotation for consulting services to undertake a development feasibility study in order to assist Council in seeking more detailed feedback from the public with respect to the future of the lands. The study shall include the preparation of mixed use development concepts for public feedback, including a cost benefit analysis for construction and servicing, development and ownership options and a recommended public engagement process.

That the information items be received as presented.

That the closed session meeting adjourn and the Committee of the Whole meeting resume.

That the Committee of the Whole meeting does now adjourn.

The minutes from the previous Committee of the Whole Meeting be approved as presented.
