That the Council of the Township of Wellesley support the staff recommendation that a public meeting not be required to sell the lands known as WELLESLEY CON 8 EASTERN SECTION PT LOT 1 RP 58R17052 PT 1; and further That the lands known as WELLESLEY CON 8 EASTERN SECTION PT LOT 1 RP 58R17052 PT 1 be declared surplus to the needs of the municipality; and further That the lands may be considered for sale to the owner of 3223 Lobsinger Line for the sum of $100,000.00 plus any legal and survey costs; and further That the lands, if sold, must be merged back to the original property at 3223 Lobsinger Line; and further That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any sale documents related to the transfer of the lands known as WELLESLEY CON 8 EASTERN SECTION PT LOT 1 RP 58R17052 PT 1 to the abutting landowner of 3223 Lobsinger Line.
